Fort Myers is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Myers follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Paid $2700 for a new torque converter. Right after getting it back, noticed some strange noises and hesitation to shift at full throttle. Took it back, owner said it wasn't the torque converter, may be XYZ instead... I later found out myself that it was over 2qts low on fluid and filling it stopped my issues. Why did it leave their shop low? After 6,000 miles torque converter developed a shudder. 90 day warranty expired. I used some shudder stop and it worked for another 4 thousand miles. Shudder came back, I dropped the transmission pan and it was FULL of metal. Now I need a new trans and torque converter-- you can guarantee I won't be taking it to Lee County Transmissions.

Shawn is a really nice guy! We brought in our suburban that was having a transmission overheating issue! He didnt shoo us away like many others would have! He knows whats he's talking about and what he's doing! He took the time to hook up our truck to get any codes (which were cleared by the oh so not caring dealership) and gave us his professional advice on what was wrong and what could be done, even though he was short staffed and knew that he was too booked to be tackling our problem as well. He spent a good half an hour to 45 minutes just helping us understand what was going on with our vehicle! Twelve thumbs up to my good man!!! Your business will forever be a name that I will pass on to whom ever might need an honest and professional hand! Thank you Shawn, and God bless!!!

These guys got my 08 tundra in and fully rebuilt in a weeks time. Super pleased with the outcome and the price. My truck went from nearly immobile with intermittent reverse and rough shifting to perfectly smooth and worry free. 10/10 recommend.

Shawn was a pleasure to work with!! Fair and honest. My payment was actually lower than originally quoted. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

I stopped in cuz I happened to be in the neighborhood it's a little far from my house. My wonderful regular mechanic told me to come here to find out why my transmission fluid is low. Shawn, in the middle of his clearly very busy day stopped what he was doing and checked my transmission fluid found it low and then proceeded to fill it just as a nice thing to do for an older lady. Really?!?!! How wonderful, and he said he's too busy to look at it this week but I should come back next week. At least now I have more fluid less worry, and somebody who can diagnose the problem next week.
